Shipping Policy

Orders typically complete production within 1–2 business days of being placed.

Once your DROP is ready, it will be dispatched and you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your order from production to delivery.

Please note that production times are separate from shipping times.

We offer two delivery options depending on how quickly you'd like your DROP to arrive.

EXPRESS SHIPPING

• UK: 1–3 business days
• Europe / EU: 1–3 business days
• USA / Canada: 3–4 business days
• Rest of World: 2–5 business days

STANDARD SHIPPING

• UK: 3–5 business days
• Europe / EU: 3–7 business days
• USA / Canada: 4–7 business days
• Rest of World: 7–14 business days

All delivery estimates are calculated in business days and begin once your order has been dispatched.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside of our control, including postal delays, customs processing, holidays and peak periods.

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch. If your tracking hasn't updated immediately, don't worry — your order may still be moving through the delivery network.

Please make sure your delivery details are correct at checkout. DROP cannot be held responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll always do our best to help, but changes cannot be guaranteed once your order has entered production.

For orders outside of the UK, additional customs fees, duties or taxes may apply depending on your location. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
